We have a streamlined process for handling maintenance requests. Tenants can submit requests by email or by phone, and we coordinate with trusted contractors to address issues promptly. For urgent matters, we offer 24/7 emergency contact to ensure that critical repairs are handled immediately.
Our fees vary depending on the services you require which can be "Taylored" to your needs. Typically, we charge a percentage of the monthly rental income as our full management fee and a fixed monthly sum for our compliance service fee. Steve and Cheryl have managed my properties for the last 3 years under their own business and for the previous 4 years under a different company that Steve worked for; Steve is very proactive in selecting the right tenants and moving them in quickly following doing all of the required due diligence on them. He visits the properties regularly and ensures that they are being kept in good order. When anything needs to be done to them, he lets me know and explains to me very clearly what is required and very efficiently gets the work done. Steve also provides lots of advice as to what can be done to the properties to up grade them and how to achieve a higher rental income from them. Steve is also very keen to keep us, as landlords, up to date on all legislative changes and ensures that those changes follow through to our tenancies.

He is very diligent about keeping me updated about landlord and tenant rights which is extremely helpful as it saves me a great deal of time and it is something as a landlord I need to be informed about! My son will be renting out his property soon and he will be asking Steve and Cheryl to manage his property and give advice as what needs to be done prior to renting.
